"A nice place if not a little bit dated decor wise … excellent service a nice not too loud atmosphere plenty of staff who weren’t intrusive definitely a good place for a celebration meal … the steaks (gaucho platter £130) were excellent although the chips were disappointing they were a standard offering the chimchurri was superb … it lost out on five stars as the puddings were grim the cookie dough was very poor and the lemon meringue was a disgrace but all in all the meal was good"

"We came on a Sunday and had the Sunday roast, the beef was absolutely delicious. A little bit expensive but the quality of the meat lived up to the price, and all the trimmings were likewise excellent. Tried the cheesecake for dessert which was also very tasty. Live music playing when we got there was a lovely touch. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, nice atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend for a special occasion or if you just want to treat yourself to a great meal."

"Really good food done really well. We didn't the Sunday dinner and it was very well done. The gravy was the stand out though - I could have bathed in it. The unlimited offer of Yorkshire puds and gravy is a nice touch too. All the staff were very attentive. The only fault I can pick was the live entertainment, I'm not disputing their talent, but it was somewhat too noisy. As soon as they stopped the ambience was perfect but at that point it was time to leave."
